Class Levels Information
Our classes are run as courses usually six weeks in duration. They range from complete beginners to improvers and intermediates. This means that you will be able to progress at your own pace. You will receive individual correction and made to feel at ease in a fun and non-competitive environment.
Some classes are specifically tailored for people that would prefer not lay on the floor. These are where participants can either stand (with or without the help of a chair for balance) or sitting on a chair. The benefits will still be gained.
We also run 2 hour workshops and/or 6 week complete beginners courses.
Everyone will be required to attend one of these before joining a beginners or intermediate course. This gives you the opportunity to understand the exercises and how to perform them. This means that exercises will be more effective and progress will be evident.
There is the option of 1:1 tuition in the comfort of their own home where exercises will be tailored to meet your own individual needs.
